VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session January 3, 2007 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Dave Mahrt, Brad Graham, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham. The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot. The minutes of the December meeting were read with the correction adding the Motion by C. Cerveny to “request a waiver from the State Auditor's office of a village audit for the year ended September 30, 2006”., 2 nd by D. Mahrt, vote all Ayes.. C. Cerveny made a motion to approve the December minutes with the correction, 2 nd by B. Graham, Vote all Aye. Treasurer's report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $170.16 OPPD (Street Lights), $150.00 Gerald Snodgrass (Snow Removal 12/31). Bills presented for the General Fund $14.81 OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $68.51 Cass County Election Commissioner (election costs), $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills by C. Cerveny, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Building Permits: None Planning Committee: No Report Inspections Conducted: No Report Town Hall: No Report Cemetery Board: No Report New Business: Cass County EMA 2007 Training Programs were discussed. Center for Rural Affairs discussion, motion by B. Graham to table until next after Board has time to review, 2 nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye. Correspondences: CDBG Workshops Discussion on Ordinances will have more at February meeting. 5th Board Position was discussed will have more at February meeting.
