VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session February 1, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Brad Graham, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent Dave Mahrt. The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot. The minutes of the January meeting was read and approved, motion by C. Cerveny, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Treasurer's report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights), $378.46 Switzer Bin & Construction (Gravel), $250.00 JEO (prep. of read budget). Bills presented for the General Fund $137.67 OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $21.88 Plattsmouth Journal, $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills by C. Cerveny, 2nd by B. Graham, Vote all Aye. Building Permits: Two story addition at 32609 E. Lake Park Dr motion by B. Graham contingent letter from NEBCO for approval, 2 nd by C. Cerveny, vote all Aye. Addition and garage at 16023 Middle Island Dr motion by B. Graham to approve, 2 nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye. Inspections Conducted: No Report Planning Committee: No Report Cemetery Board: No Report Town Hall Repairs: No Report New Business: Dog at Large Correspondences: State of Nebraska received and approved audit waiver request.
