VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session March 7, 2007 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent Brad Graham. The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot. It was noted where the “Open Meetings Act Poster” is posted. The minutes of the February meeting was read and approved, motion by C. Cerveny, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. There is a Board position vacant and needs to be filled. Treasurer's report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $170.16 OPPD (Street Lights), $600.00 Gerald Snodgrass (snow removal x4). Bills presented for the General Fund $22.26 OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $36.33 Plattsmouth Journal, $50.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), $32.98 Deb Cunningham (Mileage to Lawyer), motion to pay the bills by C. Cerveny, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Fiscal Street Report: Village needs to transfer $600.00 to Road Fund from General Fund for local matching funds for fiscal year. Motion by C. Cerveny to transfer $ now, 2 nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye. Building Permits: None Planning Committee: No Report Inspections Conducted: Report Read Town Hall Repairs: No Report Cemetery Board: No Report Public Hearing for the One-Six Year Road Plan New Business: Discussion on resurfacing the Village roads. Center for Rural Affairs tabled under next month, motion by C. Cerveny, 2 nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye. Correspondences: Lane mile report was sent to JEO by the State.
