VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session April 5, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Brad Graham, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent Dave Mahrt. The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot. The minutes of the March meeting was read and approved, motion by B. Graham, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Treasurer's report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights), $150.00 Gerald Snodgrass (Snow Removal). Bills presented for the General Fund $14.03 OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $36.19 Plattsmouth Journal, $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills by B. Graham, 2nd by C. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Building Permits: None Inspections Conducted: Report Read Planning Committee: No Report Cemetery Board: No Report Town Hall: Discussion on an American flag for the building, motion by B. Graham for C. Cerveny to purchase a flag for up to cost of $100.00, 2 nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye. New Business: NIMS Resolution plan discussed, motion by B. Graham to have board work on the resolution and bring to next meeting for approval, 2 nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye. Correspondences: Cass County Emergency Management Upcoming Training: Notice of Primary Election Sarpy/Cass Department of Health & Wellness Quarantine and Isolation Regulations for the Prevention of Spread of Communicable Disease, Illness, or Poisoning.
