VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session May 2, 2007 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Brad Graham, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham. The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot. It was noted where the “Open Meetings Act Poster” is posted. The minutes of the April meeting was read and approved, motion by J. Cerveny, 2nd by B. Graham, Vote all Aye. There is a Board position vacant and needs to be filled. Treasurer's report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $174.42 OPPD (Street Lights), $2,034.54 Western Sand & Gravel Co. (gravel), $627.95 ADR Farms (trucking of gravel), $300.00 JEO ( Prep of one to six year road plan). Bills presented for the General Fund $14.68 OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $32.98 James & Connie Cerveny (mileage Census meeting), $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), $250.00 Transfer to Road Fund for Matching Funds, motion to pay the bills by B. Graham, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Evan Wickersham with JEO presented information on street resurfacing. Discussion was had no action taken. Building Permits: None Inspections Conducted: Report Read Planning Committee: No Report Town Hall Repairs: No Report Cemetery Board: Report given by Deb Cunningham: voted to approve Eagle Project by Justin Dalton with Village approval of final plans. Dalton's presented final draft, motion by B. Graham to approve Eagle Project, 2 nd by C. Cerveny, Vote all aye. Connie and James Cerveny attended Local Update of Census Addresses meeting and presented Board with information. Reminder: Town clean up set for May 25-27 Reminder: Town Hall rented on May 12 th for a graduation. Still looking for a fireproof file cabinet for village office.
