VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session May 3, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Brad Graham, Dave Mahrt, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham. . The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot. The minutes of the April meeting was read and approved, motion by D. Mahrt, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Treasurer's report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $170.00 OPPD (Street Lights). Bills presented for the General Fund $14.26 OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $21.46 Plattsmouth Journal, $25.00 Connie Cerveny (American Flag), $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills by B. Graham, 2nd by D. Mahrt, Vote all Aye. Building Permits: Easement for Sam Hoffman motion by D. Mahrt, 2 nd by B. Graham to approve the easement for well based on write-up from attorney, vote all aye. Permit for shed at Lot 72, North Lake for John Walter, motion by B. Graham, 2 nd by D. Mahrt to accept, vote all aye. Inspections Conducted: Report Read Planning Committee: No Report Cemetery Board: No Report Town Hall: Stephanie Cunningham's Gold Award project discussed with a motion by B. Graham to recognize her with a plaque with a budget set at $75.00, 2 nd by D. Mahrt, vote all aye. New Business: Correspondences: Sample ballots sent from Election Commissioner.
