VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND
Trustees Meeting
May 5, 2004
The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session May 5, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: James Cerveny, Connie Boldan-Cerveny, Dave Mahrt, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent was John Adsit.
The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot.
The minutes of the April meeting were read and approved, motion by D. Mahrt, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.
Treasurer’s report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights), $150.00 Gerald Snodgrass (road grading). Bills presented for the General Fund $10.81, OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $28.61 Plattsmouth Journal, $150.00 Louisville School District (Liquor Ordinance Fee), $5.00 Bradly Cunningham (mowing), $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills by D. Mahrt, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.

Planning Committee Report: No Report
Inspections Conducted: Report read
Correspondences: Letter from Cass County Dept. of Roads regarding Stop Signs. Invitation from Lower Platte River Corridor Alliance to Water Wellness. Cass County Emergency Management workshops May 8th & 11th. SENDD requesting Public to attend DED meetings.
New Business: Motion by C. Cerveny to have 6 loads of gravel put on the town roads, 2nd by D. Mhart, vote all Ayes.
Reminder Town Clean-up set for May 21 & 22.
