Trustees Meeting
July 7, 2004
The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session July 7, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: James Cerveny, Connie Boldan-Cerveny, Dave Mahrt, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent was John Adsit.
The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot.
The minutes of the June meeting were read and approved, motion by D. Mahrt, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.
Treasurer’s report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights), $150.00 JEO (preparation of one and six year road plan). Bills presented for the General Fund $10.81, OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $26.93 Plattsmouth Journal, $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), Board Salaries of $420.00 Pat Cunningham, $60.00 John Adsit, $180.00 Connie Boldan-Cerveny, $180.00 James Cerveny, and $165.00 Dave Mahrt, motion to pay the bills by C. Cerveny, 2nd by D. Mahrt, Vote all Aye.

Planning Committee Report: No Report
Inspections Conducted: Report read
Correspondences: League of Nebraska Municipalities (Estimated State Aid Payments). NRD article on Platte River Utility Studies. Quinlan Publishing information on grand writing.
New Business: Bids for Town Hall Painting motion by D. Mahrt to table until next month after more bids are received 2nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Ayes. Motion by D. Mahrt to repost ad for bids 2nd by C. Cerveny, vote all Ayes.
