Trustees Meeting
October 5, 2005

The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session October 5, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Dave Mahrt, Brad Graham, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham. 

The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot.
The minutes of the September meeting were read and approved, motion by D. Mahrt, 2nd J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.

Treasurer’s report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights), $155.10 City of Louisville (Stop Signs). Bills presented for the General Fund $12.98 OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $44.74 Plattsmouth Journal, $39.12 Postmaster (Mailing & Stamps), $60.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), $254.75 Sam’s Club (chairs), motion to pay the bills C. Cerveny, 2nd D. Mahrt, Vote all Aye. 

Building Permits: Fosters’ Lot 46, North Lake, Free standing single car garage, Motion by D. Mahrt to accept, 2nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye.

Town Hall: Report given
