VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session October 6, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Dave Mahrt, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent was and John Adsit. The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot. Treasurer’s report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights). Bills presented for the General Fund $10.81, OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $10.00 Safe Deposit Box Rental, $29.03 Plattsmouth Journal, $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills by D. Mahrt, 2nd by C. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Building Permits: A 24’X36’X10’ Shed for George Conley at 105 N. Kansas, motion by D. Mahrt to pass, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Planning Committee: No Report Town Hall Repairs: Several Bids have been received and read on Siding and/or painting the Town Hall. Motion by C. Cerveny 2nd by J. Cerveny to except the bid from Mahrt's Construction, Vote All Aye, D. Mahrt abstain. Inspections Conducted: Report Read Correspondences: None New Business: Town Clean-up set for October 22, motion by C. Cerveny, 2nd by D. Mahrt, vote all Ayes. Next Regular Board Meeting Motion by J. Cerveny to move the next regular Board Meeting to Wednesday, November 10, 2004, 2nd by D. Mahrt, Vote all Aye Motion to adjourn by D. Mahrt, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.
