VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session November 3, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Brad Graham, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent Dave Mahrt. The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot. The minutes of the October meeting were read and approved, motion by C. Cerveny, 2nd J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Treasurer's report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights). Bills presented for the General Fund $0.00 OPPD (Town Hall Lights) (credit of $19.77), $16.83 Plattsmouth Journal, $70.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills, B. Graham 2 nd C. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Building Permits: Chris Haag, Lot 62, North Lake needs to redo permits for his home from addition to rebuild. Motion by B. Graham to table until proper permits are filled, Special meeting on Wednesday November 16, 2005, 2 nd by C. Cerveny, vote all Aye. Inspections Conducted: Report Read Planning Committee: Report Given: Motion by B. Graham to appoint Wally Taylor as Zoning Administrator, 2 nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye: Wally accepted. Cemetery Board: No report Town Hall: Town clean-up set for Nov. 12 motion by C. Cerveny, 2 nd by B. Graham. New Business: Further discussion was had on Lot 62, North Lake.
