VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND
Trustees Meeting
November 10, 2004

The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session November 10, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Dave Mahrt, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent was and John Adsit. 

The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot.
The minutes of the October meeting were read and approved, motion by D. Mahrt, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.

Treasurer’s report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights). Bills presented for the General Fund $10.81, OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $122.37 Plattsmouth Journal, $350.00 American Legal Publishing (Ordinances), $3.04 Deb Cunningham (Postage), $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), also paid $3,500.00 Mahrt Construction (town hall renovation), motion to pay the bills by D. Mahrt, 2nd by C. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. 

Election Results: Connie Boldan-Cerveny 32, Brad Graham 2

Planning Committee: No Report

Town Hall Repairs: update

Inspections Conducted: Report Read 

New Business: JEO has sent letter advising the board of Hazard Mitigation Planning Services that they provide and of a report that needs to be done. Motion by C. Cerveny to have JEO go ahead with the report, 2nd by J. Cerveny, vote all Aye

HDR called about a survey that needs to be done for grant funding motion by D. Mahrt to proceed 2nd by C. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.
