OF SOUTH BEND The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session December 1, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: Connie Boldan-Cerveny, James Cerveny, Dave Mahrt, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham. The meeting notice was posted in paper with the last minutes. The minutes of the November meeting were read and approved, motion by D. Mahrt, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Vote on Chairman of the Board: Nomination by D. Mahrt for Pat Cunningham to remain as Chairman, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Building Permits: None Planning Committee: No Report Town Hall Repairs: update Inspections Conducted: No Report Treasurer’s report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights), $150.00 Gerald Snodgrass (Grading). Bills presented for the General Fund $21.80 OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $21.46 Plattsmouth Journal, $229.25 Ashland Disposal Service (Town Clean-up), $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills by D. Mahrt, 2nd by C. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Swearing in of Brad Graham to the Village Board New Business: Motion by B. Graham to approve JEO as our Village Engineer for 2005, Vote all Ayes. Correspondences: USDA Rural Development invite to outreach meeting on Dec. 3rd. Next Regular Board Meeting Wednesday, January 5, 2005 Motion to adjourn by D. Mahrt, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.
